“Everything about the stay was good. Only issue was, there is an age requirement that I was unaware of. Apparently if I had put my name on the room, my 19 yr old daughter on spring break trip would’ve been fine to check in. But because I put the name as the person actually staying, the rules would not have let her stay. Fortunately it got worked out this all the 5 stars. But 4 stars overall because I feel this should be obvious during the reservation process. ”

“There was an issue with the heat and fan. Had a hard time getting it turned on. Had to continuously keep pressing the buttons until it went and stayed on. I realize that my room was in the old/original section but the room only had 1 electrical outlet in the main part. There was one in the bathroom but I wasn't going to plug in my devices right next to the sink. Everything is automated and there is nobody onsite for issues that come up.
